The last suspect Dewayne Lane, 22, was caught in Mercer County. He is currently being held by the Beckley Police Dept. He will be arraigned on one count of first degree murder Friday night.
All three men will stay in jail pending their next court hearing.
Charleston police officers arrested a murder suspect at CAMC Women's and Children's Hospital Thursday night.
Alfred Pittman was wanted in connection to a homicide in Beckley. He was taken into custody at the hospital at 6:50 p.m., according to the Charleston Police Department.
Cornealius "Ty" Taylor was arrested early Friday morning. He is currently being held in the Southern Regional Jail.
Earlier on Thursday, Beckley police released the photos of three men they believe are responsible for the murder of Shawn Rucker.
Alfred Pittman, 23, Dewayne Lane, 22, and Cornealius "Ty" Taylor, 20, were identified by investigators at a news conference. Warrants were issued for the arrest of all three men.
At this time police think the men were going to rob the home when the incident happened on Wednesday, Sept. 26.
An autopsy report revealed that Rucker was shot a total of nine times.
