A man in Shrewsbury is concerned about a sink hole in front of his house.
Samuel Harper said on Friday that he has tried getting help to fix the problem in his Kanawha County neighborhood.
Because it is not a state road and the area is un-incorporated, the West Virginia Department of Transportation have told Harper that there is nothing it can do.
But Harper believes it should be their responsibility since the road is paved and there area several houses in the area. "One day, you know we are going to be on a Sunday morning, going to church, and this road is going to cave in and somebody is going to get hurt," said Harper.
