Sheriff's deputies in Marion County, W.Va. confirmed that a brother, 18, and sister, 21, were the victims of a shooting believed to be related to road rage.  Both victims were treated and released on scene, according to WOWK-TV's sister station, WBOY-TV.

Authorities said the shooting happened near I-79 and Rt. 310, but they are still trying to determine the exact location of the incident.

The Marion County Rescue Squad said the shooter was driving a Chrysler Sebring and continued on 1-79 North toward Morgantown after the shooting.  The victims pulled off I-79 at the East Park Avenue Exit and ended up at the McDonalds off of Speedway Avenue.
