UPDATE:
Hollow, Miami Hill, Sharon Hill, and Joliet Road crossings have all reopened.
Twelve coal cars have derailed at Cabin Creek. Four railroad crossings are blocked: Hollow, Miami Hill, Sharon Hill, and Joliet Road in Kanawha County.
Several hundred homes have been affected from the blocked crossings.
According to workers the crossings are likely to be closed the rest of the day.
