A sobriety/child safety seat checkpoint will be held on Thursday, Oct. 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The checkpoint will conducted on MacCorkle Avenue, west of U.S. Route 119.

Officers with the Charleston Police Department will be conducting the checkpoint.
