Program in Boyd County allows children to read to dogs

The Boyd County Public Library is starting a program this month that lets children read to dogs.

That is according to a press release sent to 13 News.

Tales to Tails will take place Saturday, Oct. 20 and 27, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the library's main branch located at 1740 Central Avenue in Ashland. 

Children 12 and under can read to a dog in 15-minute intervals.

No registration is required.
