Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

State police charge five people with making meth in Putnam county.
Officers were called to Countryside Estates in Scott Depot where they found components of a meth lab.
Police charged Jared Hall, John Wick Chad Show, Jeff Childress , and Travis Noble with operating a meth lab, altering drugs to make meth, and possession of meth.
