According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

UPDATE:
Police have identified the man as Joseph Clay Huffman, 19, of Elkview.
The body was transported to the West Virginia State Medical Examiner's Office where they are conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
The Kanawha Bureau of Investigations is still investigating.
A body has been found along the road at the intersection of North Pinch Road and New Hope Road in Pinch, West Virginia.
Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies shut down the intersection while on the scene early this morning.
Deputies say it was an adult in their 30s.
According to Deputies, the body did not have any visible injuries and is being investigated.
