There's a lot of confusion and uncertainty over how best to
handle high enrollment with certain schools in Charleston.
If this were the private sector, the school would expand and grow to meet the
challenge.

that is truly getting our young kids prepared for life in the 21st Century?
Instead, we're toying with ideas about redistricting.
We can't be afraid of the simple solution – build more walls, hire
more teachers and put the kids first.
