Last week we learned that Elkins high school had to forfeit all their wins because of an ineligible player. Today those wins have been restored. The Randolph County board of Education reviewed the case and determined that the player was in fact eligible. With High School rankings being released Tuesday, this move is sure to impact playoff bubble teams.
