According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Elizabeth Baptist Church on Wolfpen Drive in Sissonville caught fire Wednesday night.
The call came into 911 at about 10:45 p.m. dispatchers say.
Sissonville firefighters say no one was injured, and the church building suffered minor fire damage with some smoke damage.
Firefighters say that it appears to be an electrical fire, but the fire marshall will be in later to investigate.
Neighbors say the electricity came on in that area just a short time before the fire started.
