According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the discovery of a body at a park and ride.
The body of Nicholas A. Arthur, 31, of Charleston, was found Monday morning at the park and ride in Mink Shoals.
According to a release sent to 13 News, deputies and the Kanawha Bureau of Investigation were called to the park and ride off of I-79 Exit 1 around 8:00 a.m.
The KBI believes the victim is a male around 30-years-old and is from Kanawha County. The police have a possible identity but are still trying to verify it.
Police found no signs of "foul play" on the body. Police are still treating it as a homicide until proven otherwise.
