Oglebay Institute continues its tradition of bringing beloved fairy tales to life with an imaginative production of Twelve Dancing Princesses. After each performance, children receive a keepsake photograph of the cast and have an opportunity to meet the characters, get autographs and enjoy a "royal" tour of the set.

Twelve Dancing Princesses will be staged at 7 p.m. Nov. 9 and 3 p.m. Nov. 10.
Adapted from the Brothers Grimm tale by Richard Hellesen, the plot revolves around a king and his twelve headstrong daughters. The twelve princesses leave their castle every night, and nobody knows where they go. But every time they return, their shoes are worn out. Their father, the king, offers a reward to any man who can solve the mystery: a kingdom of his own to rule, and his choice of the princesses in marriage.

Children ages 10 and under will be admitted for a special admission price of $10. Adult admission is $12.50. Members of Oglebay Institute receive a discount.Towngate is located in Wheeling's Centre Market district at 2118 Market Street. Register by calling 304-242-7700
