A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
The mayoral race in Huntington has come to a conclusion with a stunning upset.
Current Mayor Kim Wolfe was defeated by Councilman Steve Williams. Williams has been on the council since 2009.
Williams spoke with us just moments after hearing he won.
"The main things we have to do is create jobs. It is clear that the people in Huntington expect more out of local government. We have to demand excellence," said Williams.
