According to a news release, Kentucky State Police Post 8 Trooper Nathan Shortridge and Trooper Endre Samu presented "Tiny Town" to the Jackson City School in Breathitt County.
Approximately 90 students from kindergarten through second grade participated in the bicycle safety course.
Susan Herald of Jackson City School and Family Resource & Youth Center coordinated the event with Superintendent Tim Spencer and the Kentucky State Police.
Three children were winners of a bicycle give-away.
The young riders reviewed a video of Trooper Island as well receiving a safety magazine.
After completing the safety course, each student received an "Honorary Trooper" sticker badge.
