CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

A jury is considering whether or not leaders at the Bob Burdette Center in Charleston wrongly terminated a newly hired employee after finding out through Facebook that she was a lesbian.

Jessica Hudson is suing the center after she was hired in 2011 to serve as executive director. According to center leaders, she was fired for lying in applications about her education.

The trial is scheduled to continue through Monday.
