According to the W.Va. State Police, a man who escaped custody on Nov. 10 is back in custody.
Ramon Cornelio Rodriquez, 26, was captured and booked on Nov. 11 and has been taken to the South Central Regional Jail.
State Police were looking for Rodriquez after he escaped custody at the South Charleston Detachment just past midnight on Friday.
Rodriquez initially gave the police the name of Ruben Munoz Garcia.
While being processed for concealing a deadly weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm, Rodriquez escaped through a small restroom window.
