CHARLESTON (AP) - Pies & Pints is expanding in West Virginia and beyond, but President Rob Lindeman says customers will get the same experience they'd get in Charleston or Fayetteville.

Lindeman just opened another gourmet pizza restaurant in Worthington, Ohio.

Another is set to open in Morgantown early next year at Suncrest Towne Centre. Lindeman says it will be the only franchise, owned by Stan Warr of Lexington, Ky. He says it will be virtually identical to the others.

Earlier this year, Lindeman held a contest to rename the restaurant.

But a trademark dispute with a Seattle company by the same name was resolved, and Lindeman didn't have to go with his favorite of the suggested new names - "Cups and Circles."

He declined to say how much the naming rights cost him.
