A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
A body has been found in a wooded area in Kanawha County.
Kanawha County emergency officials said that the 82-year-old man had gone hunting earlier on Monday, Nov. 12.
When he failed to return home that evening, his wife became concerned and contacted authorities.
A search of the woods near their home off Coal River Road in Tornado turned up the man's body.
He appeared to have died from natural causes, according to Kanawha County emergency crews.
The man's name has not been released.
