The deadline to claim a portion of a billion dollar settlement fund is approaching.

Customers who had purchased LCD screens between 1999 and 2006 have until December 6 to file a claim. 

The settlement was made between 24 states and 10 LCD screen manufacturers after the companies conspired to raise the prices of the monitors.
