South Charleston man behind bars after police find heroin

A South Charleston man is in jail after police said they found heroin at his house.

David Lee Gump, 38 of South Charleston, has been charged with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

South Charleston Police said they executed a search warrant at Gump's house on Village Drive.

Inside, police said they found more than two grams of heroin in an upstairs bedroom.

Gump is in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000.
