A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Police were called to a home on 12 Pole Creek Road just after 10 p.m. on Nov. 18.
According to police, they found a man and woman dead inside from what appear to be gunshot wounds.
Investigators said two juveniles were home at the time of the incident but were unharmed.
Investigators are not yet releasing who shot who.
The Mingo County Sheriff's Dept responded to the incident.
The W.Va. State Police are investigating. The identities and additional information are expected to be released later on today.
