Charleston Police say they have enough evidence to file charges in the murder of David Juaboi Booker.
According to a press release, police are charging Richard Bernard Hilliard, 24, of Kanawha County, with Booker's murder.
Charleston Police found Booker, 26, of Charleston, shot on the 1300 block of Milton St. on Oct. 11. After an investigation, police charged Hilliard with first degree murder and issued a warrant for his arrest.
Police say Hilliard is around 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. The public is encouraged to contact the Charleston Police Criminal Investigation Division at 304-348-6480.
