Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

Parkersburg police have charged Norman Rattliff with robbing the Community Bank on November 13.
Rattliff walked into the bank on Emerson Avenue, according to the criminal complaint, wearing a hooded jacket and sunglasses. He approached a teller, removed a zippered case from inside his jacket and handed it to the teller. Rattliff then told the
teller he had a gun, according to the criminal complaint, and told her to put all the money in the case. Rattliff ran out of the bank after he got the money.
Detectives reviewed surveillance video from cameras in and around the bank. That led them to Ratliff as a suspect. Rattliff was taken into custody
on unrelated warrants without incident. He's been arraigned on a charge of robbery. His bond was set at $75,000.00.agistrate Jackson. Ratliff remains in the North
