A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Senator Joe Manchin was
in the Capital City Tuesday to help serve food
at the 6th Annual Earl Wilson Community Dinner.
Manchin
joined other volunteers to serve the less fortunate and thank the volunteers
for their dedication and hard work
"The whole spirit of
Thanksgiving, you have to give thanks to everyone being involved and everyone
taking part of this," said Manchin. "That's
just something special about West Virginia. I can't explain it but
I sure miss it every minute I'm away from it."
Senator Manchin also
plans to visit the Union Mission Crossroads Men's Shelter to serve dinner
there as well.
