According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

The city of Charleston has been chosen to host the 2014 Travel South Showcase. It will be held February 23-26.
Travel South Showcase is an invitation-only marketplace, exclusively for southern tourism organizations to connect with qualified tour operators focused on developing southern tours, according to a news release.
"West Virginia's world-class adventure and leisure attractions resonate with all those who have experienced the beauty and wonder of our hills, unique cities and shops," Gov. Tomblin said in the release.. "As hosts, we enjoy the benefit of showing tourism industry leaders our vast recreational activities available for all to enjoy-and I'm confident our hospitality will lead to further tourism investments."
This will be a great opportunity for the city to show off what makes it so special, city leaders said.
"The Travel South Showcase represents and enormous opportunity for many people and businesses in our city," Charleston Mayor Danny Jones sad in the release.. "This event attracts hundreds of travel buyers, and the positive impact on our city and state will last a long time."
