According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Police are investigating a robbery on Charleston's West Side involving a Pizza Hut driver.
A Pizza Hut delivery driver was making a delivery on the 1500 block of 6th Avenue when two black males approached the driver, took out a pistol, and demanded money from the driver, according to Charleston Police.
There were no reported injuries. Police are still investigating the robbery.
