Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

The Mingo County communtity is mourning the lose of an EMT worker.

County Dispatchers told 13 news that Chris Staggs had some kind of health issue while driving an ambulance when he wrecked Saturday.

Staggs later died at a Williamson hospital.
