According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

A condemned killer trying to delay his execution because of his obesity is now raising an innocence claim, according to a prosecutor.
Death row inmate Ronald Post, who weighs more than 400 pounds, is asking the courts to stop his January execution on the grounds his weight could cause him to suffer severe pain during the procedure.
Post has also tried to delay his execution to try to prove that claims he made a full confession to several people have been falsely exaggerated.
Lorain County Prosecutor Dennis Will said Post told the Ohio Parole Board on November 20 that another man shot hotel desk clerk Helen Vantz in Elyria in 1983.
While Will said the claim is new, Post's attorneys stated their client has implied others were involved in the past.
