Neighbors concerned after man faces charges for 5th D.U.I.

St. Albans Police arrested David Wilcox Thursday morning, after they say he wrecked his car while driving drunk.

Some may say the shocking part of the case is that Wilcox has been convicted of D.U.I. twice already and has two more pending D.U.I. cases from earlier this year.  In two of the cases, police say it was clear Wilcox was drunk.

When we knocked on door where he stay's in Poca, there was no answer.

People who used to live near him in St. Albans say they are stunned by what police say he has done.

"He was just a good guy. Then he would get to drinking a little bit, he was clear of all sorts," said a man who lived down the street.

Wilcox is expected back in court soon.
