Someone broke a window and opened a fire escape, then trashed a classroom. Deer urine was spilled all over the floor and a desk. Workers also found rancid dead deer parts in the hallway and blood on the floors.

At about 1:00 a.m. on May 17, Hamlin police were called to Barbara Apartments in Hamlin where they found Holly Roberts and James Randolph "passed out" in a Grand Prix with an 18-month-old in the back seat.

A Huntington man is behind bars after police say he was selling marijuana Friday.
CHARLESTON, West Virginia -
Charleston Fire officials are calling the fire that destroyed a six unit apartment complex on Charleston's West Side suspicious.
The fire started after 11:00 Monday morning and required several trucks and firefighters to put out.
All of the tenants were able to escape the fire. One pet was unaccounted for, and one had to be rescued and resuscitated by firefighters.
The apartment complex was the scene of a July 2011 beating death. Ronald Forton was beaten with a baseball bat by Kenneth Carter. He was convicted in May.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
A two-story apartment is the scene of a what dispatchers say is a fully involved fire.
The fire is at 205 Buehring Avenue was near Randolph and Virginia streets.
Dispatch has issued a warning asking people to avoid the area.
