KSP charge Olive Hill woman with making meth

An Olive Hill, KY woman is charged with operating a meth lab.

On Friday, Kentucky State Police in Ashland received a tip of a suspected methamphetamine lab on Rachel Street in Olive Hill.

When they got there, they located a methamphetamine lab, several precursors used to manufacture methamphetamine and several items of drug paraphernalia.


Police arrested April D. Kiser, 29, of Olive Hill charging her with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1First Offense and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess.

Kiser is in the Carter County detention Center.


Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement Special Investigation also responded and assisted.


The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Tye Chavies.
