According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

A Kanawha County man accused of impregnating his daughter and fathering three of his grandchildren may not go to trial.
Charles Shamblin appeared in Kanawha County Circuit Court to address his recent psychological examination.
The defense team's doctor ruled that Shamblin is not competent to stand trial.
Now, the state is going to do its own evaluation with a different doctor.
A final decision on competency will be made after the second evaluation.
State Police arrested Shamblin earlier this year after allegations that he sexually abused his daughter and fathered three of her children.
DNA results confirmed that he did father her children.
