Joshua Greenwood was reported missing late Monday night. Guards said he was unaccounted for in a 10:15 p.m. head count. He was serving time on grand larceny charges out of Cabell County.

According to dispatch, the road was opened around 11:00 a.m.
Crews are working to clean up debris in the roadway after two semi-trucks collided on Route 35 in Putnam County on Tuesday evening Dec. 5.
It happened just after 9 p.m. just past the Buffalo Bridge, near Shamrock Lane. Police are diverting traffic from Hurricane Creek to Old (35)/ 817, according to Putnam County emergency dispatchers.
Dispatchers say the bridge is open.
Two people were injured and taken to a nearby hospital. The extent of their injuries is not known.
