West Virginia State Police confirmed that 21-year-old Austin Marcum, a driver, died at the scene.

A man is in jail after being charged with the death of an infant.
Scioto County Sheriff Marty Donini says his office got a report from Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus on November 19 stating that they were treating a 10-month-old infant for life-threatening injuries including a skull fracture.
Deputies talked to several witnesses and staff at the hospital.
They said the mother of the child, Tierra Simeona called 911 and requested an ambulance for her baby at her home in Wheelersburg that day.
The baby died the following day.
Donini says Brandon Wilson, 23, of Rosemount, Ohio was questioned about the incident and charged with Murder and Felony in the first degree.
Wilson is being held in the Scioto County Jail without bond.
More charges may be pending.
The incident is under investigation.
