A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Huntington Police are searching for a suspect in a reported armed robbery.
Cabell County emergency dispatchers got the call just before 9 p.m. that a man had walked into Bailey's Pizza on 8th Street and Washington Ave., Thursday evening.
According to the call, the man told workers he had a knife, demanded cash and then fled the shop.
