Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
The Kentucky State Police were called to a home along the 6100 block of Highway 772 in West Liberty, KY on a complain of child abuse.
After further investigation, troopers obtained a warrant to arrested Shanna Helton, 33, of West Liberty.
Helton has been charged with assault 4th, child abuse, and was taken to the Big Sandy Regional Jail in Paintsville, KY.
