During the West Virginia's regular, monthly interim committee meetings, an hour-long public form at 5 p.m. Dec. 11 in the House of Delegates chamber will feature reform advocates from the Marijuana Policy Projects.

Former police lieutenant and FBI unit chief, James Nolan, who is an associate professor of sociology at West Virginia will speak as well as Matt Simon, a West Virginia native who serves as a legislative analyst for the Marijuana Policy Project.
