Mrs. Toma Williamson, 55, of Belfry, KY was driving impaired on US 23 when she lost control of her vehicle, hit a parked vehicle and then slammed into a Subway restaurant in the Caney community.

The crash also damaged two other parked cars and injured Dakota Belcher, who was working inside the store. She was sent to Pikeville Medical Center to be treated for injuries.

Williamson admitted to officers that she was inhaling a product used for keyboard cleaning while she was traveling on US 23.  Inhaling, or otherwise known as "huffing", is the act of inhaling chemicals contained within household products in order to achieve a "high".

According to Kentucky State Police, Williamson has been charged with DUI, No Operators License, Failure to Wear Seatbelt, and No Insurance.

The incident is under investigation by KSP Sergeant Keith Justice of the Pikeville CVE Region.
