Cars lined the parking lot as drivers braved the pouring rain filling up their tanks.
Other prices in the area were about $3.06 per gallon.
According to the U.S. Energy Information Administration, the average gallon of gas on the east coast is $3.41, while the U.S. average hangs around $3.35.
