Rescue efforts have pulled a second person from the Elk River near Clendenin. A 19-year-old man was found around 3:00 p.m. by rescuers and appears to be in good condition.

Meigs County, Ohio Sheriff deputies say they are on the scene of a hunter found dead.
Police have released the name of the hunter as Leonard Wells, 64.
Police say a Wells was reported missing around 3:30 p.m. and was found by Middleport firefighters around 5:30 p.m. near Wilkesville in Salem township.
Several agencies assisted in the search including the Meigs County Sheriff department, and Salem, Rutland, Middleport, Wilkesville and Columbia fire departments.
The Meigs county coroner is determining the cause of death.
