A Huntington woman is facing felony charges after charging items to a family friend's credit card.
The West Virginia Department of Transportation tweeted that they would be doing bridge deck repairs on the westbound side of the Eugene Carter Memorial Bridge starting at 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 13.
Due to the repairs, the Virginia Street on ramp and the Oakwood Road off ramp will be closed for the duration of the repairs. The slow lane of the I-64 will also be closed during the repairs.
Due to the closures, delays are expected and avoiding the area is suggested.
