At about 1:00 a.m. on May 17, Hamlin police were called to Barbara Apartments in Hamlin where they found Holly Roberts and James Randolph "passed out" in a Grand Prix with an 18-month-old in the back seat.

Deputies charge a Hamlin man with using drugs with a child in his truck.
Brandon Doneff, 25, of Hamlin was arrested in the 5100 block of Heath Creek rd in Barboursville Wednesday and charged with child neglect and drug possession.
Cabell county sheriff deputies report they found him in a truck shooting oxycodone with a 3 year old child in the back seat of his truck.
Reports say he had two and one-half 30mg oxycodone pills without a prescription and marijuana in his possession.
He was arraigned in Cabell county magistrate court and taken to Western Regional jail.
