The West Virginia Turnpike Authority has confirmed that one all lanes have been reopened to traffic.

A man is in big trouble for stealing money from the South Charleston Kroger.

It happened just after 6:15 p.m. Saturday night.

Police said they arrested James Smith and charged him with grand larceny.

Witnesses said they saw Smith go behind the service counter and grab a wad of cash.

Smith ran off, but he wasn't fast enough.

Police were able to catch up with him thanks to help from witnesses who saw the entire thing happen.

Smith is out on bond.
