Rescue efforts have pulled a second person from the Elk River near Clendenin. A 19-year-old man was found around 3:00 p.m. by rescuers and appears to be in good condition.

A person was arrested after a short police chase.
Dispatchers in Cabell county say the chase started a little before 4:00 Tuesday morning when a car was driving the wrong way down 5th avenue near 25th Street in Huntington.
An officer started to chase the car when a few blocks later the car crashed and the driver was arrested.
No word yet on what charges the driver faces.
