It promises to be a weekend of holiday traditions Dec. 21-23 at Stonewall Resort, located in the Lewis County community of Roanoke.

On Dec. 21, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., learn how to make some holiday martinis at the Holiday Martini Mixology Demonstration in TJ Muskies. From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., enjoy a performance by the Bell Choir, holiday storytelling by the fireplace and a performance by Miss Megan and Murphy's Law in the Grand Hall.

On Dec. 22, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., enjoy holiday crafts and recreation activities in the recreation department. Around 12 noon, Miss Megan and Murphy's Law will perform traditional bluegrass in the Grand Hall. At 1 p.m., make your very own wreath at the Holiday Wreath Workshop in the Birch Room. The wreaths are 23 inches, and the price for this workshop is only $30 per wreath. From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., watch, learn and participate in an 1830s paper marbling activity.

In the evening, Miss Megan and Murphy's Law will perform again, and Father Christmas will be making a special appearance around 7 p.m. to do some holiday storytelling in the Grand Hall. Apple cider and coconut macaroon cookies will be served from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

On Dec. 23, bring the whole family to Stillwaters Restaurant for a brunch with Santa featuring holiday music.
