Two Charleston men are facing felony drug charges after a traffic stop Monday night.

Taylor Hurst, 18, and Joseph Haddad, 19, have been charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

Officers said Haddad was driving a Pontiac Grand Prix with a rear tail light out.

Hurst was in the passenger seat.

Officers said they could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle.  Both men had marijuana on them, according to the criminal complaint.

Haddad and Hurst are in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000 each.
