ST. ALBANS, West Virginia -

The St. Albans Drug Task Force is offering parents a tool to help keep their kids drug free.

With a parent's approval, students can be tested for commonly abused drugs. The test gives instant results.

If the test comes back negative there is no fee. If the test comes back positive there is a fee of $44 to pay for further tests if parents choose to find out more information.

All testing and results are completely confidential.

The group says that participating in the random drug screenings allow the student to have a good excuse when fighting against peer pressure.

For more information parents can contact the mayor's office at 304-727-2971.
