Papa John's pizza locations donate proceeds to help slain troopers' families

Ordering a pizza on Tuesday, December 18 enabled many people to fill a need greater than just their hunger.

Throughout West Virginia, all Papa John's locations are participating in a fund raiser to help the families of the state police troopers who were shot and killed in the line of duty over the summer.

Papa John's is donating 20 percent of sales to the families of Corporal Marshall Bailey and Trooper Eric Workman. "Papa John's is all about giving back to the community, and not only me. I have about 150 employees in the Charleston area and it's a great feeling to give back to the community and give back to those in need," said Praveen Srinivasan, a district manager.

The fund raiser will continue until the end of business on Tuesday, December 18.
