Kentucky State Police arrested a man on several charges Thursday, including 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in sexual performance.
Kentucky State Police Morehead executed a search warrant at 450 Hilltop Estates, Morehead, Ky., on Thursday. Three state troopers responded to the scene and made contact with Mr. Ranger Lacy, 35 of Morehead, Ky.
Upon further investigation, police arrested Lacy and charged him with 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance; five counts of distribution of matter portraying sexual performance by minor; tampering with physical evidence; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of salvia; possession of controlled substance 3rd degree, drug unspecified, possession of controlled substance 1st degree, drug unspecified, and prescription not in proper container.
Police brought Lacy to the Rowan County Detention Center. The case remains under investigation.
